What is the warranty on the QRNT Smart Ring?
QALO will replace any defective rings or chargers for a period of one year, starting from the date of your original purchase. This warranty applies to original owners and is not transferable to further owners. This warranty policy only covers damages that are the result of a defect in our material or any workmanship issues.
Is QRNT ring sizing the same as normal ring sizing?
Due to the sensor inside each ring, QRNT fits slightly smaller than a standard ring. If between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Is the QRNT Ring water resistant?
QRNT is water resistant, so it can be worn during showers or shallow swims.
